Server goes offline for 15 mins

i got admin jailed today for a complaint was against me i gone out of it and when the server was offline for some mins and when it came back i found my self stuck in admin jail i tried logging off and /setspawn 2 to 1 but the same thing nothing changed https://imgur.com/a/umpkDkb as you can see i did /time to check if i got admin jailed or something recently but nothing just the server time
