Personally Bought Vehicle Bug

I bought an BMX at the vehicle shop. I custom the color to my liking.

When I got back on the server the next day, the color of my BMX changed.

Now there's no option to change the color back to my original liking.

Also, I tried to scrap the vehicle and it says "I do not own the vehicle" I bought.

Will this same problem occur whenever I buy a car?

Still bugged. I can't buy another vehicle because I can't park command it.
