Inventory Lost When Server Back Online

My inventory that I bought such as Spray can and Knife or maybe all buyable items in /stock gets lost in you possession every time the server is back online. I lost it 3 times already.

I asked about it in discord chat if that normal, they said no. And some people said they have the same issues.
