Completing Deliveries Jobs With Drop Item Animation On Foot

I've the Pizza Delivery Job and News Paper Job.
You just go to the red marker with vehicle and the delivery is completed.
I think making the player leave the vehicle and go to the marker on foot and making it do an animation dropping pizza box or newspaper make its more realistic.

Also, the pizza deliveries cannot be unlimited without going back to the pizza shop like how it is now.
I think, you put 10 boxes (10 Delivery points) then go back to the pizza shop to restock 10 deliveries again.
To make it more realistic job.

Maybe some time limit making deliveries and the faster you get there the higher the Tip.
The longer you deliver the pizza, it gives less to minimum tip.

Same concept goes with the News Paper Job.
