Inglewood Family Gang are a predominantly African-American street gang that formed in the early 1970s before the Blood alliance was created. It is believed that the IFs were started by Jan Brewer and some of the early members of this neighborhood during the 1970s included Dirty Red, Tommy Acres, Sick Mick and J.R. The Chain Gang occupied this area of Inglewood for a short period and was one of the first rivals of the Westside Crips in the early 1970s, but the Inglewood Family identity grew.

Known for their red colors, they also adopted green as a secondary identifier, which sets them apart from many other Blood sets. IFGB members often use tags like “Family,” “IFGB,” or “151” in their graffiti and symbolism. They have long-standing rivalries with major Crip gangs such as the Rollin’ 60s Neighborhood Crips and the Eight Tray Gangster Crips, while at times allying with nearby Blood sets like the Crenshaw Mafia Gang Bloods against common enemies.

Geographically, IFGB are the largest gang in Inglewood and their subsets include 77th Street, Rollin’ 80s, 92nd Street, and 94th Street.
They have been rivals with the Eight Tray Gangster Crips, Rollin 60s, Rollin 90s, and Rollin’ 100s.
