Tiny Winos 13 (TW13), also known as South Side Winos (SSW) or simply Lil Winos, is a street gang based in the southern region of Los Santos, San Andreas. Its members are primarily of Latino descent, mostly teenagers and young adults seen hanging around liquor stores, alleyways, and rundown corners of the neighborhood. Older members, the so-called “veteranos,” keep a low profile but hold weight in the background, their names carrying a reputation that still echoes in the varrio.

The group originally started under the name “All Wasted Hoodlums”, a small tagging crew known for plastering walls with graffiti and getting drunk off cheap bottles. Internal disputes over respect and clout led to fights that escalated into something bigger. Manuel “Stomper” Ibarra was the first to break off, taking two others with him—Ryan “Spider” Herrera and Edgar “Spooky” Maciel—to form their own clique.
Stomper refused to drop the “Winos” name, and that decision sparked beef with his former crew. What began as tagging wars quickly turned bloody. Local papers and TV reports covered the fallout as bodies dropped, mentioning names like Ian “Grumpy” Munoz, Ethan “Snail” Carroza, Noel “Boom Boom” Noriega, Carlos “Dusty” Perez, and Victor “Jumper” Salas.

Around that time, Stomper was spotted with older guys from a local varrio known as “Varrio Winos 13,” a neighborhood set of South Side gangsters already tied into the prison car. The “13” represents their allegiance to La eMe (the Mexican Mafia), the prison organization that taxes neighborhood sets in exchange for protection and access to drugs and weapons.

Stomper was the first youngster to get officially put on by veteranos, merging the tagging crew with the varrio. From that point on, the gang became known as “Tiny Winos 13”, cementing their identity as both a tag-banging crew and a full-fledged street gang under the Sur umbrella.
