[FIXED] Vehicle Auto Spawn

Since we are only starting from this server, people work for money to be able to buy vehicles and properties.
The available free to use currently in the server are BMXs and Job vehicles as a transport around the city.
Problem:
When you leave the vehicle and do some RP you lose the vehicle you came with and have to run around and find new one.
Solution:
Remove auto vehicle spawn for better RP purposes and player transport around the city.
