Rule Broken: Abusing mechanics.
Description of Incident: Me and Damian (hearse) went our way around the Compton area in an 2-door car, we then stumbled upon the KPCC,
members and choose to interact and Roleplay with them, So far so good.
After an obviously attented altercation in RP broke out we went as far as going into an Knife fight on the clip that follows will be seen that
the player Rico_Brown abused the Spraycan mechanic being LOW HP, AND after being told to please Injury RP, he didnt comply and choose to abuse the spraycan mechanic and sprayed me immobile.

This is not the first time...and WE wont tolerate no trolling anymore.

And why are you AFK stalling? you ran and followed me for half an hour just trying to get a kill (wich you didnt even could).
