Sekiryū-kai, the Blood of the Red Dragon, was born in 1964 in Little Osaka (COMMERCE), Los Santos. Its founder, Kenji Takemura, was a former dockworker who carried with him the hardened lessons of post-war Japan. The area was full of small hustlers and petty criminals feeding off the Japanese immigrant community. Takemura saw this and decided to take control. He started by collecting debts
The group grew slowly, not through noise or chaos, but by enforcing discipline
By the 1970s the Sekiryūkai had already carved out a reputation. They were the ones you paid on time. The ones you never crossed
Mitsuya Senshiru was one of the younger men who rose in this world. He came from a poor immigrant family and joined the clan early. He simply did what he was told, without failure. Over the years, older men began to respect him because he had no wasted words and no wasted actions.
By 1993, when Kenji Takemura stepped down due to age and illness, Mitsuya was only twenty-nine years old. Even so, he was chosen to lead. Some older members thought it was too early, but no one issued him.
Under Mitsuya, the Sekiryūkai became even more disciplined. Rules were enforced without hesitation
By the mid 1990s, everyone in Commerce knew the name Sekiryūkai. The most feared Yakuza clan.
